Every season I am contacted by local restaurants and wild food collectives for my services in Wild Crafted Herbs, Foraged Foods & Mushrooms. My goal is to provide a "Spring", "Summer", "Fall" + "Winter" forage menu for your records.

Please note: 

Availability will change year to year and season to season, this is especially true of Mushroom varieties. I am located in Central Ohio and provide North Eastern forage foods.





I am a SUSTAINABLE wild forager, and will not over harvest or break conservation rules to meet your demands - I will also not work with accounts who attempt to pressure me otherwise.
Each Menu has a "use" key, however, it is the responsibility of each client to know how to use and prepare each wild food for mass consumption or however they choose to use the material.
